Pricing Overview

Every event is unique, and our pricing reflects the customized nature of our services. Your final cost will depend on factors like menu selection, guest count, service style, staffing needs, rentals, and logistics. We offer flexible options to suit a wide range of budgets, from casual gatherings to full-scale productions. During the planning process, we’ll provide a detailed proposal tailored to your event, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Food & Beverage

Our catering menus are fully customizable, ranging from elegant plated dinners to casual buffet-style offerings and everything in between. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that suit any style of event, from classic comfort foods to globally inspired fare. Beverage service is available as non-alcoholic packages, beer and wine options, or full bar service with professional bartenders. Pricing varies based on menu selections, guest count, and service style, but most events fall between $30–$80 per guest for food and $10–$40 per guest for beverages.

Equipment & Linen

From kitchen equipment to onsite cooking setups, we provide or coordinate all necessary tools to ensure flawless execution, especially for venues without built-in facilities. This might include ovens, warming cabinets, grills, coolers, and more, depending on your menu and venue. Equipment fees vary based on logistics and requirements, typically ranging from $200–$1,000+ per event. We also offer a variety of linen options to match the style and color palette of your event, including tablecloths, napkins, runners, and specialty overlays. Our team can help select linens that elevate your overall design. Linen costs generally range from $10–$20 per guest, depending on fabric, size, and customization.

Staffing

Our experienced event staff are essential to delivering seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. Depending on your event’s needs, staffing may include servers, bartenders, chefs, kitchen assistants, and event managers. We work closely with you to determine the ideal team size based on your guest count, service style, and timeline. Staffing is typically billed hourly, with rates ranging from $40–$60 per hour per team member, and minimums may apply depending on the scope of your event.

Gratuity

Gratuity is never automatically added to your invoice — it’s entirely at your discretion. While not required, gratuities are always appreciated by our hardworking staff, including servers, chefs, and event crew. If you choose to leave a tip, it can be allocated as a flat amount or a percentage of your total and will be distributed among the team who worked your event. While every event is different, a gratuity of 15%–20% on food and beverage costs is common in the catering industry or $50 – $100 per team member depending on level of service and length of the event.

Event Production & Service Charges

Our event production fee covers the behind-the-scenes work that brings your event to life, including planning, logistics, timeline coordination, and vendor communication. For staffed events, this also includes delivery, setup, and breakdown.  This fee is 20% of Food and Beverage costs.  Our team is committed to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, and this fee supports the time and coordination needed to execute your event to the highest standard. There is no separate delivery charge for staffed events.  For drop-off events, delivery fees vary by location and will be quoted during the proposal process. We also charge for certain administrative items — such as credit card processing.
